Booking the consultation
I will request a client to book an consultation with me. The consultation can be online, on phone or face-to-face.
Knowing your requirements
Prior to the consultation I will request a client to give me some information regarding their requirements. The instruction forms are bespoke and tailored to a client’s requirements.
At the consultation I will discuss the requirements more comprehensively based on prior information I have been given. The consultation helps in tying up any loose ends and to ensure I have all the information I require to carry out the instructions.
At the consultation I will give limited advice, agree on my fees and the approximate time frame within which I expect to carry out the instructions.
The Next Steps
The next step will be to commence preparation for a client’s documentation. This will involve carrying out due diligence, conflict checks, retainer agreements and obtaining any preliminary documentation.
